I also use Crest whitening strips and they were pretty good. I'm a huge soda and coffee drinker so imagine how yellow my teeth got over time. I think it's effective but you need to do maintenance once in a while

Alittle bleach
After this scrub both your hands and nails really good with soap and warm water.
